My Approach
Looking at the Whole Picture
When someone comes to me with fatigue, anxiety, digestive issues, hormone concerns, thyroid symptoms, skin problems, or simply feeling like something is not right, I don't look at each symptom as a separate problem.
I want to understand what is happening underneath those symptoms and how the different pieces may be connected.
Your health history, symptoms, nutritional status, mineral patterns, stress response, digestion, toxic exposures, and the way your body has changed over time all give us information.
My job is to put those pieces together.
Rather than using a one-size-fits-all protocol, I use a combination of detailed health history, Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA), biofeedback, orthomolecular nutrition, and individualized supplementation to determine where we need to begin.
Start With the Foundations
One of the biggest principles in my practice is that we need to support the body before asking more from it.
It is very common in the wellness world to jump immediately into detoxification, heavy metals, parasites, Candida, or other aggressive protocols. There can absolutely be a time and place for deeper work, but I first want to know whether the body has the resources to handle it.
Minerals are a huge part of that foundation.
Minerals are involved in energy production, nervous system function, thyroid and adrenal activity, blood sugar regulation, digestion, hormone function, detoxification, and thousands of enzymatic reactions throughout the body.
This is one of the reasons Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis has become such an important part of my practice.
Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis
HTMA allows me to look at the body's mineral patterns and relationships, along with certain toxic elements.
But I don't simply look at whether an individual mineral is high or low.
The relationships between minerals can tell us a much bigger story.
I look at individual mineral levels, important mineral ratios, patterns across the test, toxic elements, symptoms, health history, medications, supplements, and previous testing when available.
All of those pieces help me understand what may be happening and where support needs to begin.
Biofeedback
Biofeedback gives me a different kind of information and is another important tool in my practice.
I use biofeedback scanning to explore areas of stress within the body and help identify priorities that may warrant a closer look.
Your initial biofeedback assessment also includes customized imprinted remedies based on your individual scan.
HTMA and biofeedback are not interchangeable. They give me different information, and I use them alongside your symptoms, history, and other findings to build a more complete picture.

Your Process
Working together is a process. Each stage gives me another piece of information and helps guide what we do next.
1. Initial Assessment + Biofeedback
We start with you.
We go through your health history, current symptoms, medications and supplements, digestion, energy, sleep, stress, diet, and the changes you have noticed in your health over time.
Your initial assessment also includes comprehensive biofeedback scanning and customized imprinted remedies based on your individual scan.
This gives me the opportunity to begin understanding your case before we move into the deeper mineral analysis.
2. Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis
HTMA is a foundational part of working with me.
A small sample of hair is sent to the laboratory for analysis, giving us information about your mineral patterns, important mineral relationships, and certain toxic elements.
Once your results are available, I spend considerable time reviewing your HTMA alongside everything I have already learned about your health history, symptoms, medications, supplements, and biofeedback findings.
I am not simply looking for individual minerals that are high or low. I am looking at the relationships and patterns across the
entire test and how they fit with the bigger picture of your health.
3. Your Results + Personalized Plan
Once your HTMA results are available and I have completed my analysis, we meet to go through your results in detail.
This is where I walk you through what I am seeing, what the different patterns mean, how they may connect with your symptoms and health history, and what I believe the priorities are for your case.
If you choose to move forward with a personalized health plan, I then take everything we have learned through your health history, biofeedback, HTMA, and our conversations and use it to build your individualized protocol.
Depending on your needs, this may include a customized therapeutic mineral blend, targeted nutritional supplementation, digestive and elimination support, dietary recommendations, lifestyle strategies, and other supports appropriate to your case.
Once your protocol is complete, we meet again to go through your plan together so that you understand what we are doing, why each piece has been included, and how to implement it.
4. We Work in Phases
We don't try to address everything at once.
Your first phase is about building the foundations, correcting mineral imbalances, supporting digestion and elimination, and giving your body the resources it needs for the work ahead.
As your body changes, our priorities can change too.
Later phases allow us to move into deeper areas of support when appropriate rather than pushing the body before it is ready.
5. Follow-Up + Reassessment
I follow my clients closely throughout this process.
Your response gives us valuable information, and your support can be adjusted as your body changes.
We also repeat HTMA at appropriate intervals so we can objectively see how your mineral patterns are shifting, where your body has responded, what still needs attention, and what our next phase should focus on.
Your Plan Should Be as Individual as You Are
Two people can come to me with almost identical symptoms and have very different things happening underneath them.
That is why I don't start with a diagnosis and work backward to a standard supplement protocol.
I start with the person in front of me.
We gather information, look for patterns, support the foundations, and build from there.
Getting Started
Your initial work with me begins with three main stages:
Initial Assessment + Biofeedback
A comprehensive assessment of your health history and current concerns, including biofeedback scanning and customized imprinted remedies.
Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis + Results
Your hair sample is sent to the laboratory for analysis of your mineral patterns, mineral relationships, and toxic elements. Once your results are available, we meet to go through my findings and discuss the priorities I see within your case.
Your Personalized Health Plan
If you choose to continue, I use everything we have learned to build your individualized first-phase protocol. Once it is complete, we meet again to go through your recommendations in detail and make sure you understand how to move forward.
This is not a single appointment or a generic supplement plan. It is a comprehensive process designed to first understand what your body is showing us, and then build your support around those individual findings.
If you have been trying to piece your health together on your own and are ready for a more individualized approach, we can start by talking about whether this process is right for you.
