BioEnergetic Testing With Qest 4
Listening to the Body in a Different Way
Our bodies are constantly communicating.
Every cell, tissue, organ and system within the body has its own energetic and informational patterns. Biofeedback and bioresonance give me another way of listening to those patterns and asking the body what it is prioritizing right now.
In my practice, I use the QEST4 bioenergetic testing system as one part of my comprehensive assessment process.
Rather than beginning with a predetermined list of things I think we should address, the scans allow me to follow the body's priorities and watch a much larger story begin to unfold.
And sometimes, what comes up first isn't what you expected at all.
Understanding Frequency and Energetic Signatures
One of the easiest ways I explain this is to think about all of the invisible information moving around us every day.
Your cell phone receives information that you cannot see travelling through the air and translates it into something you can see, hear and understand on your screen.
Our bodies also produce and respond to electromagnetic and biochemical activity.
When I talk about bioresonance, however, I am interested in more than one individual frequency.
I often explain it this way:
A frequency is like a single word. An energetic signature is more like a full sentence.
Different substances and biological materials can be represented within the QEST4 system by complex informational signatures. During testing, the system presents these signatures and measures the body's energetic response to them.
That response gives me information that I can use alongside everything else I know about your case.
Biofeedback is not a medical diagnostic test, and I am not using it to diagnose a parasite, infection, hormone disorder, toxicity or disease.
Instead, I use the patterns that appear as another layer of information that can help guide where we look next.
Finding the Body's Priorities
One of the concepts behind the QEST4 system is something called the causal chain.
I tend to explain this as the body's “little fires.”
Imagine that your body has one major concern that you desperately want to address, but at the same time it is dealing with ten smaller fires.
Each of those fires requires resources.
Your body is constantly trying to compensate, regulate, adapt and maintain balance. If its resources are being pulled in many different directions, it may not be ready to focus all of its attention on the issue that feels most important to you.
That is why my first scan isn't necessarily asking:
“What is causing this symptom?”
I'm asking:
“What does your body consider the highest priority right now?”
Sometimes the answer appears directly connected to someone's main concern.
Sometimes it doesn't.
But those seemingly unrelated findings can become important pieces of the story as we continue scanning.
The Comprehensive Analysis
The first scan I run is the Comprehensive Analysis.
This looks for the highest-priority areas showing within the bioenergetic assessment at that particular time.
I think of this as beginning to identify those little fires.
Rather than immediately chasing the loudest symptom, we start by asking what the body appears to be prioritizing and what may need support first.
The scan also identifies balancing information associated with those findings.
Depending on what appears, that balancing information may include energetic signatures associated with homeopathy, sarcodes, nutritional substances, informational statements and other items within the QEST4 database.
These become part of the customized energetic information selected for that individual.
General Supplementation
The second scan I typically run is General Supplementation.
This does not necessarily mean I am recommending that you physically take the supplements that appear on the scan.
Instead, the responses give me another piece of information about the body and help continue building the story.
The system can also select the energetic signatures associated with particular nutritional or supplemental substances as balancing information.
Those signatures can then become part of the customized remedy I create following your assessment.
The Informational Scan
The third scan I typically run is the Informational Scan.
This allows us to look across a broad range of foundational areas, including things such as minerals, amino acids, hormones and many other informational patterns within the system.
Again, I am not reading these as laboratory values.
If something appears on a biofeedback scan, it does not mean your blood level of that substance is high or low.
Instead, I am looking at the energetic response and asking whether there appears to be an imbalance, disruption or priority involving that particular information.
This scan adds another layer to the picture we are building.
Then I Let the Body Lead
After those foundational scans, there is no predetermined number or sequence of scans that I run on every person.
This is where my work becomes very individualized.
I use the QEST4's Next Test Needed function and allow the responses from the individual to guide where we go next.
One person's scan may lead us toward digestion.
Another may lead toward the adrenals.
Another may take us into environmental stressors, energetic patterns, nutritional information or an entirely different area.
Sometimes I create a customized scan based on what has already appeared.
Sometimes I enter particular symptoms or concerns and scan for the balancing information associated with them.
And sometimes one result makes me want to ask another question.
I work very intuitively through this part of the assessment, combining what the system is showing me with my training, your history and the patterns that have already emerged.
I continue until I feel that we have developed a meaningful picture of what the body is prioritizing at that time.
The Emotional & Energetic Layer
The physical body is only one part of the picture.
Once I have worked through the bioenergetic priorities, I also use an Emotional Detox Protocol to explore another layer of the case.
Our experiences, belief systems, emotional patterns and the stories we have carried throughout our lives can influence the way we experience ourselves and our health.
I often describe emotion as energy in motion.
Sometimes that energy moves through us easily. Other times, emotional experiences and patterns can feel stuck.
This portion of the session is somewhat different from the other scans. It allows us to explore underlying emotional and energetic patterns and begin bringing awareness and movement to things the body may be holding onto.
For me, this is an important part of looking at the whole person rather than separating physical health from emotional and energetic health.
Creating Your Custom Imprinted Drops
At the end of the scanning process, we have accumulated individualized balancing information selected throughout your assessment.
The QEST4 has the ability to imprint those informational signatures into a liquid medium.
This is how I create your customized imprinted drops.
The drops contain the energetic information selected during your scans, which may include signatures associated with homeopathy, sarcodes, nutritional substances and other balancing information specific to you.
I think of the drops almost like giving the body an individualized set of instructions.
Rather than physically giving you every substance that appeared during testing, the selected energetic information is imprinted into the liquid for you to take following your assessment.
Your drops are unique to the information that came forward during your own scans.
What Can We Explore With Biofeedback?
Because the QEST4 contains a very large database of informational signatures and testing options, the areas we may explore can be extremely broad.
Depending on the individual and where the assessment leads us, scans may involve areas related to:
-
Organs and body systems
-
Digestion
-
Nutritional patterns
-
Minerals and amino acids
-
Hormonal patterns
-
Stress and adrenal patterns
-
Environmental exposures
-
Emotional stressors
-
Food-related patterns
-
Toxic elements and chemical burden
-
Microbial and other biological signatures
-
Energetic and regulatory patterns
-
Individual symptoms and concerns
What we explore is different for every person because the assessment is guided by the individual's responses rather than by a predetermined checklist.
How This Fits With the Rest of My Work
Biofeedback is one piece of a much larger assessment.
I don't take something that appears on a QEST4 scan and automatically conclude that it explains your symptoms.
I look at it alongside your health history, symptoms, HTMA, medications, supplements, blood work when available, and everything else I know about you.
Sometimes the different pieces reinforce one another.
Sometimes one assessment gives us information that another doesn't.
And sometimes something that initially seemed completely unrelated becomes meaningful once the rest of the picture begins to emerge.
That is why I use multiple ways of looking at the body.
HTMA gives me one lens.
Your history and symptoms give me another.
Biofeedback and bioresonance give me another.
Together, they help me build a much more individualized understanding of the person in front of me.
Biofeedback Is Included in Your Initial Assessment
Comprehensive QEST4 biofeedback and bioresonance scanning is included as part of every new client's Initial Assessment.
Your customized imprinted drops are also included.
For clients who live at a distance, the assessment can be completed remotely using a submitted sample, so you do not need to live in Saskatoon to work with me.
